What to Watch: Monday, July 29

9:00pm: Major Crimes, TNT (1 hr) NEW

The squad investigates a young man who is found dead in an award-winning swim coach's pool. Meanwhile, Flynn struggles with an emotional dilemma and Kris' mom discusses her concerns with Captain Raydor.

9:00pm: Get Out Alive with Bear Grylls, NBC (1 hr) NEW

The remaining teams must ascend a raging waterfall and one duo will reach their breaking point.

9:00pm: The Fosters, ABC Family (1 hr) NEW

When a loved one is in the hospital, the Fosters struggle to stay strong as a family while struggling with the depth of Jesus and Mariana's lies. Meanwhile, Callie confides in Brandon about her mother's death and her life in the foster system. Check out a sneak peek below.

10:00pm: Mistresses, ABC (1 hr) NEW

Joss and Savi's mother comes to visit and family tensions are revealed. Elsewhere, Karen suspects that Elizabeth may have murdered Tom and April debates whether or not she should tell her daughter that she is in a relationship.

Residents fight for resources as the town's main water supply is destroyed and Julia uncovers a connection between the dome and two residents.

10:00pm: Teen Wolf, MTV (1 hr) NEW

Allison grows suspicious of someone close to her and launches an investigation.
