Glee's Dianna Agron stole the hearts of San Francisco last night at the 23rd Annual GLAAD Media Awards, where Facebook and Grey's Anatomy creator Shonda Rhimes took top honors. "Some of you may know I grew up in the Bay Area, so to be hosting this event is truly wonderful and very surreal," Agron told the crowd. "Thanks to GLAAD, we have a group of people working to be sure that gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender people are being depicted in the media with fair and accurate portrayals."

Backstage, Agron made a few new friends, challenging some youngsters to a duel. Who were the lucky kids? None other than Cruz, Jude, Tate and Morgan -- children of ousted Boy Scouts mom Jennifer Tyrrell, whose Change.org petition calling on the Scouts to end its long history of discrimination has garnered over 280,000 signatures. Agron even added her own name to the long list of supporters!

Later in the program, Agron took a page out of fellow Gleek Naya Rivera's playbook, auctioning off a 'sweet lady kiss' benefitting GLAAD's work to share stories that build support for equality. So how much does a smooch with Quinn Fabray go for these days? Check out the video below to find out!

Last night's show culminates the 23rd Annual GLAAD Media Awards series, which made stops in New York and L.A. earlier this year. Photos, video and a complete list of winners from all three cities is available at glaad.org/recap

The 23rd Annual GLAAD Media Awards in San Francisco were presented nationally by Ketel One and Wells Fargo, and presented locally in San Francisco by Southwest Airlines.
