Academy Award-winning actress Lupita Nyong'o will present an award on stage at the 25th Annual GLAAD Media Awards in Los Angeles at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on April 12, E! Online's Marc Malkin announced today. Ross Mathews, best-selling author and host of Hello Ross on E!, will host the ceremony. Nyong'o will be joined by The Big Bang Theory's Johnny Galecki, Orphan Black's Tatiana Maslany and Jordan Gavaris, Academy Award-nominated actress Ellen Page and more!

GLAAD previously announced global superstar Jennifer Lopez will receive the Vanguard Award and breakout actress, producer and writer Laverne Cox will receive the Stephen F. Kolzak Award.
Additional special guests for the Los Angeles event include: Kelly Osbourne; Sherri Saum, Teri Polo (The Fosters); Shane Bitney Crone, Linda Bloodworth-Thomason (Bridegroom); Katherine Fairfax Wright, Malika Zouhali-Worrall, John "Long Jones" Abdallah Wambere (Call Me Kuchu); New Orleans bounce performer Big Freedia; GLAAD National Spokespersons, Wilson Cruz and Omar Sharif, Jr., and GLAAD CEO & President Sarah Kate Ellis. Additional presenters, and LGBT advocates will be announced.
The GLAAD Media Awards recognize and honor media for their fair, accurate and inclusive representations of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community and the issues that affect their lives. The GLAAD Media Awards also fund GLAAD's work to amplify stories of LGBT people and issues that build support for equality.
The 25th Annual GLAAD Media Awards are presented nationally by Ketel One Vodka, Wells Fargo, and Hilton Worldwide. The Los Angeles event is presented locally by Delta Air Lines and Bud Light.
