Lionsgate has released a trailer for the upcoming drama Burning Blue, the film adaptation of the acclaimed Off-Broadway show. DMW Greer, who wrote the original play about two Navy fighter pilots in a covert romance under "Don't Ask, Don't Tell," directed and co-wrote the film, set to be released in select U.S. theaters and on demand services on June 6. The film focuses on a close-knit squadron of Navy fighter pilots, under investigation by the government following a series of fatal accidents. As an agent searches for the cause of the accidents, two of the pilots fall in love until their relationship is exposed and a scandal ensues. Burning Blue will be released in select U.S. theaters and video on demand on June 6.
