Yesterday, Colorado joined a growing list of states that have had their bans on marriage equality overturned by a state or federal judge. This ruling comes after a 10th Circuit ruling almost two weeks ago. Though the decision has been stayed and marriage licenses will not be issued, momentum is undeniably increasing. As more cases wind their way through the appellate process, pressure builds on the Supreme Court to issue a decision on marriage equality.
