9:00pm: Modern Family, ABC (30 mins) NEW

Mitch, Cam and Lily perfect their poses before a shoot for a new family photo. Meanwhile, Jay and Gloria's anniversary creates a gifting dilemma and the Dunphy's run into trouble during Alex's campus tour of Caltech.

9:00pm: Red Band Society, FOX (1 hr) NEW

The hospital is rocked when a surprise visitor from Jordi's past shows up, Dr. McAndrews accidentally betrays a patient's confidence and Kara continues to be an annoyance to Jackson.

10:00pm: Nashville, ABC (1 hr) NEW

Will's debut album jumps to number one in the charts and Layla turns to him for help with her own career. Elsewhere, Juliette gets a piece of shocking news, Gunnar and Scarlett work together on a song and Deacon doesn't know how to handle Maddie's rebellious side.

10:00pm: Top Chef: Duels, Bravo (1 hr) NEW

Art Smith battles Kevin Gillespie and the cast of Grey's Anatomy appear for a special dinner.

10:00pm: The Bridge, FX (1 hr) SEASON FINALE

Eleanor seeks closure to move on with her life as Marco's loyalty is tested.
