People's Choice Awards 2015: vote now for your LGBT-inclusive favorites!

The final nominees were announced for the 2015 People's Choice Awards this week based on over 70 million votes and several out actors, musicians, and LGBT-inclusive films and series are nominated for honors. Voting is open now through December 4, so be sure to support your favorites! The People's Choice Awards will air live from the Nokia Theater on Wednesday, January 7 at 9:00pm on CBS.

Out actors Chris Colfer, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, and Jim Parsons all scored nods in Favorite Comedic TV Actor. Colfer won the award in 2013 and 2014. Matt Bomer is nominated in Favorite Cable TV Actor. Ellen DeGeneres picked up a nomination in Favorite Daytime TV Host, she's won in the category the past three years.

LGBT-inclusive series Game of Thrones and The Walking Dead are nominated in Favorite TV Show. Modern Family picked up a nomination in Favorite Network TV Comedy, while Favorite Network TV Drama nominees include Grey's Anatomy, Revenge, Downton Abbey, and Scandal. MTV's Faking It and ABC Family's Young & Hungry are nominated in Favorite Cable TV Comedy and Pretty Little Liars scored a nomination in Favorite Cable TV Drama.

Chicago Fire's out EMT character Leslie Shay (Lauren German), who died while responding to a fire in the series premiere, is one of the five nominees in the Favorite TV Character We Miss Most category.

The Vampire Diaries is nominated in Favorite Network Sci-fi/Fantasy TV Show, while Doctor Who, Game of Thrones, and The Walking Dead picked up nominations in Favorite Cable Sci-fi/Fantasy TV Show. LGBT-inclusive Favorite Dramedy nominees include Orange is the New Black, Awkward., Shameless, and White Collar. In reality TV, Dancing with the Stars and The Voice are nominated for Favorite Competition TV Show.

New LGBT-inclusive series Jane the Virgin, Marry Me, The McCarthys, and Mulaney all scored nominations in Favorite New TV Comedy. How to Get Away with Murder, Gotham, The Flash, and Red Band Society round out the Favorite New TV Drama category.

Out singer Sam Smith leads in music with four nominations including Favorite Male Artist, Favorite Breakout Artist, Favorite Album for his debut In the Lonely Hour, and Favorite Song for his track "Stay with Me."  Sia picked up two nominations in Favorite Female Artist and Favorite Pop Artist. In film, How to Train Your Dragon 2 picked up a nomination in Favorite Family Movie. The film included a coming out scene for Craig Ferguson's character Gobber.

Voting is open until December 4 and the People's Choice Awards will air live from the Nokia Theater on Wednesday, January 7 at 9:00pm on CBS.
