The #5DaysOfEquality campaign has created hundreds of messages of love and support for the anniversary of 31 couples married during a brief five-day window, December 7-12, 2013.
During these five days, GLAAD has talked to some of the couples who were married, only to have their marriages later invalidated by the Australian government. We've also highlighted the work of Australian Marriage Equality, who is working to bring permanent marriage equality to Australia.
If you haven't watched the charming video, take a look here.
Take a look at who else is tweeting a happy anniversary message. There's still time to get your message in. Just post a message on social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Vine, Instagram, and Tumblr, using the hashtag #5DaysOfEquality to wish all the couples a happy one year anniversary. Your message will be printed in paper cards to be delivered.
