Must-See LGBT TV 1/18-24: 'The Fosters' and 'Chasing Life' return, 'Black Sails' season premiere

Grab the remote, set your DVR or queue up your streaming service of choice! GLAAD is bringing you the highlights in LGBT on TV this week. Check back every Sunday for up-to-date coverage in LGBT-inclusive programming on TV.

The Fosters winter premiere will pick up from the cliffhanger of the Quinn's deciding they want to fight for custody of Callie. Stef and Lena find themselves on opposite sides of several problems, including Lena's sudden decision to quit her job. Meanwhile, Mariana struggles to pick up a new dance routine the day before competition, Brandon is invited to a prestigious summer music camp, and Jesus is shocked by what he hears when he secretly attends Ana's AA meeting. On the Chasing Life winter premiere, Brenna looks forward to Greer's return to school, but will their reunion be what she hoped for? April returns to work after four months away, in remission and determined to prove herself, but fumbles her first assignment. The Fosters, Chasing Life: Monday, starting at 8pm on ABC Family.

The second season of Black Sails kicks off on Starz with Eleanor facing a new threat, Max confronting Bonny, and Flint and Silver standing before the crew for judgement as Vane revels in his new power on the island. Black Sails: Saturday, 9pm on Starz.

The new comedy showcase Wanda Sykes presents HERlarious premieres on OWN on Saturday. The out comic will highlight women in comedy with the first episode featuring an appearance by Brooke Shields. Wanda Sykes presents HERlarious: Saturday, 10pm on OWN.
