Must-See LGBT TV 5/10-16: 'Bessie' premieres on HBO, 'Revenge' series finale, and more!

Grab the remote, set your DVR or queue up your streaming service of choice! GLAAD is bringing you the highlights in LGBT on TV this week. Check back every Sunday for up-to-date coverage in LGBT-inclusive programming on TV.

The ABC drama Revenge goes out with a bang in Sunday's series finale. Emily is pushed into a corner and forced to admit her guilt in everything that has gone on since she arrived in the Hamptons, but she must decide how far she is willing to go and what she will risk before she surrenders and makes her confession. Revenge: Sunday, 10pm on ABC.

A&E's The Returned, an adaptation of the French series The Returned (Les Revenants), will wrap up its first season on Monday night. In the finale, Julie forces Victor to face the demons of his past and Rowan and Tommy's celebration is overshadowed by an ominous premonition. Meanwhile, Camille worries that she may never fit in with those around her and Helen's plan comes to a mysterious end. The Returned: Monday, 10pm on A&E.

Don't miss the Grey's and Scandal season finales on Thursday! On Grey's Anatomy, the doctors are reminded about what is truly important and grow closer together as they continue to work through a crisis situation. The results of Mellie's election are in on Scandal and Olivia and team make a bold move to take down Command. Grey's Anatomy, Scandal: Thursday, starting at 8pm on ABC.

The CBS special ACM Presents: Superstar Duets will feature country stars performing special duets at a concert in Arlington, Texas. Out singer and songwriter Brandy Clark, who was nominated for two Grammys last year in Best New Artist and Best Country Album, will be among the performers. ACM Presents: Superstar Duets: Friday, 9pm on CBS.

The biopic Bessie, from out screenwriter and director Dee Rees, premieres on HBO this Saturday! The film tells the story of legendary bisexual jazz singer Bessie Smith (Queen Latifah) who was one of the most celebrated performers and recording artists of the 20s and 30s, earning her the title the "Empress of Blues." The film also features Mo'Nique as queer blues singer Ma Rainey and Tika Sumpter as Lucille, a performer and Bessie's love interest. Bessie: Saturday, 8pm on HBO.
