The Bronx Documentary Center in New York City is hosting a free screening of United in Anger: A History of ACT UP on December 7 at 7:30 PM! The film, a documentary about the birth and life of the AIDS activist movement from the perspective of the people in the trenches fighting the AIDS epidemic, will be followed by a Q&A session with its editor, Ali Cotterill, and its director, Jim Hubbard. "UNITED IN ANGER: A HISTORY OF ACT UP is the first feature-length documentary about how ACT UP (the AIDS Coalition to Unleash Power), a small group of men and women of all races and classes, came together to change the world and save each other’s lives.
