Tonight watch Andy Cohen host the 2012 Miss Universe pageant, Melissa Etheridge performs on A Home for the Holidays, plus all new episodes of Chicago Fire, Happily Divorced and Top Chef.

What to Watch: Wednesday, December 19

8:00pm: A Home for the Holidays, CBS (1 hr) NEW

Melissa Etheridge will appear and perform on tonight's CBS holiday special hosted by country stars Rascal Flatts.

8:00pm: Miss Universe Pageant, NBC (2 hrs) NEW

Andy Cohen and Giuliana Rancic host the 61st annual pageant from the Planet Hollywood resort and casino in Las Vegas.

10:00pm: Chicago Fire, NBC (1 hr) NEW

Shay is reaching the limits of her frustration with Severide. Meanwhile, several firefighters are under investigation when an expensive necklace goes missing from a scene, Dawson invites Casey to her family's holiday party and Cruz's brother Leon finds himself in the middle of a gang war. 10:00pm: Top Chef, Bravo (1 hr) NEW
