What to Watch: Thursday, 3/21

9:00pm: Grey's Anatomy, ABC (1 hr) NEW

Callie and Arizona try to spice things up in their relationship. Meanwhile, the pressure starts to mount as the doctors realize all of the responsibilities that come with their new roles as hospital owners and Meredith fears for the health of her unborn child. Watch a preview below.

9:00pm: Glee, Fox (1 hr) NEW

In Ohio, the New Directions pay homage to their "guilty pleasure" jams by the artists that they are normally too embarrassed to admit they love. Meanwhile in New York, Rachel faces a difficult choice and Santana finds out an embarrassing secret of Kurt's. Check out a sneak peek below.

10:00pm: Scandal, ABC (1 hr) NEW

Olivia must represent a CEO who is having an affair with Fitz's top choice for the opening in the Supreme Court. Meanwhile, Abby and Harrison rework their friendship, while Mellie and Cyrus compete for Fitz's attention, and Quinn gets mentored by Huck.

10:00pm: Archer, FX (30 mins) NEW

Archer and Lana travel to Morocco to extract an agent.
