Tonight catch the season finales of Chicago Fire and Modern Family, plus the back-to-back season finale of Off Pitch.

What to Watch: Wednesday, May 22

9:00pm: Modern Family, ABC (30 mins) SEASON FINALE

The entire family join Phil in Florida after his mother passes and Cam finds himself fitting in at an elderly women's group meeting. Meanwhile, Gloria deals with an outstanding arrest warrant and Jay runs into an important person from his past.

10:00pm: Off Pitch, VH1 (30 mins) NEW

The group performs at an Oktoberfest celebration in Wisconsin, but audio problems at the venue cause tension among the singers.

10:00pm: Chicago Fire, NBC (1 hr) SEASON FINALE

The squad steps into a dangerous situation when a call comes in from Cook County Jail. Shay tries to remain hopeful about her dreams of becoming a mother as Hermann's wife goes into labor with the couple's fifth child and Mills and Dawson make tough personal choices in their private lives. 10:30pm: Off Pitch, VH1 (30 mins) SEASON FINALE

The Grand River Singers prepare for their biggest performance yet at the Mall of America and emotions run high as they realize this could be their last gig together ever.

This morning and afternoon, check your local listings for information about EllenThe Talk (CBS) and The Chew (ABC). Days of Our Lives on NBC (check local listings for time) features gay character Will as a series regular; keep an eye out for developments between Will and Sonny.
