Tonight catch the series premiere of The New Normal and the Logo special NewNowNext Vote with Wanda Sykes! Plus the Hell's Kitchen season finale, season premiere of The Voice and a new episode of The L.A. Complex.

What to Watch: Monday, September 10

8:00pm: The L.A. Complex, CW (1 hr) NEW

Kal brings Abby into the studio and makes a confession to her. Meanwhile, Connor gets even more bad news and Sabrina shows her softer side when Nick finds himself in trouble. Watch a sneak peek below.

8:00pm: Hell's Kitchen, Fox (1 hr) SEASON FINALE

The top two, including out chef Christina Wilson, compete for the grand prize as Head Chef at Gordon Ramsay Steak in Las Vegas.

8:00pm: The Voice, NBC (2 hrs) SEASON PREMIERE

The new season kicks off with the first night of blind auditions as coaches Adam Levine, CeeLo Green, Christina Aguilera and Blake Shelton begin to build their new teams, hosted by Carson Daly.

10:00pm: The New Normal, NBC (30 mins) SERIES PREMIERE

Gay couple Bryan (Andrew Rannells) and David (Justin Bartha) try to start a family with the help of a surrogate, Goldie. Watch the series trailer below.

10:00pm: NewNowNext Vote with Wanda Sykes, Logo (1 hr) NEW

Wanda Sykes hosts the roundtable special with political pundits from both sides focusing on topics of concern for LGBT voters in the run up to the 2012 Presidential election. The second special will air election eve, November 5 on Logo.

This morning and afternoon, check your local listings for information about EllenThe Talk (CBS) and The Chew (ABC). Days of Our Lives on NBC (check local listings for time) features gay character Will as a series regular; keep an eye out for developments between Will and recurring gay characters Sonny and Neil.
