9:00pm: Modern Family, ABC (30 mins) NEW

Mitch and Cam are unsure how to handle Lily's curiousity about who her mother is and decide to distract themselves with plans for a costume party. Meanwhile, Phil talks Claire down from her extravagant ideas and into holding a Halloween Open House and Gloria's pregnancy moodswings are grating on everyone's last nerves.

Tessa finds herself in trouble after challenging Dalia, Kimantha, Kaitlyn and Kenzie to come up with feminist inspired Halloween costumes.

A drunk driving accident paralyzes a teenage boy and Casey must make a difficult decision when he learns the driver is the son of a cop. Meanwhile, Severide faces the possible end of his career and Mills realizes he can't continue to split his time between firefighting and helping his mother.

An exorcist comes to visit the patients of Briarcliff Asylum and Sister Jude divulges a disturbing secret.

11:00pm: DTLA, Logo (1 hr) SERIES PREMIERE

This new series follows a group of friends trying to navigate love and find success in downtown Los Angeles, starring Darryl Stephens from Noah's Arc. Watch the series trailer below.

This morning and afternoon, check your local listings for information about EllenThe Talk (CBS) and The Chew (ABC). Days of Our Lives on NBC (check local listings for time) features gay character Will as a series regular; keep an eye out for developments between Will and recurring gay characters Sonny and Neil.
