Phylicia Rashad has joined the CBS drama For Justice, in which she will play a lesbian FBI agent. The pilot will be directed by Selma's Ava DuVernay. Also at CBS, out actress Jane Lynch will play one of the two leads in the new half-hour comedy Angel from Hell, about a woman who claims she is a guardian angel. Over at ABC, newcomer Noah Galvin has been cast as the lead in Dan Savage's upcoming comedy pilot loosely based on his life, with Martha Plimpton reportedly cast as his mother.

The CW has announced plans for a new show in which the universes of DC superheroes Arrow and The Flash will come together. The project is been described as a "superhero team-up show" and will see several actors from both shows reprise their roles. Brandon Routh, as well as out actors Victor Garber and Wentworth Miller are expected to headline. Caiti Lotz will reportedly appear as well, but it is uncertain whether she'll be playing the bisexual Canary, who died in the first episode of this season.
3) BBC America has released the first full trailer for the third season of their hit sci-fi show Orphan Black. The clip shows the many incarnations of Tatiana Maslany as a group of clones dealing with the reveal that there are now male counterparts, played by Ari Millen. The new season premieres Saturday, April 18th.
4) Netflix has announced the release dates for their upcoming slate of original programming. The third season of their award-winning hit show Orange is the New Black will return on June 12 with thirteen new episodes. Additionally, Sense8, a new science fiction drama written and directed by Andy and Lana Wachowski, will make its debut on June 5.
5) TVLine's columnist Matt Webb Mitovich has revealed that the upcoming season of Teen Wolf will introduce a new recurring gay character named Corey, who will be in a troublesome relationship with his boyfriend, Lucas, who will guest star. The new season is set to premiere on June.
6) Logo has released the first look for the upcoming premiere of the series Banana, from out creator Russell T. Davies. Originally aired on E4 at the United Kingdom, the series follows a group of LGBT youths living in Manchester, and serves as a sister series to Cucumber and Tofu, all created by Davies and with similar content and intersecting characters. The show will premiere Monday, April 13 at 10pm on Logo.

Celebrity event planner Mikie Russo will have a chance to take his own advice in the season finale of his reality series Mikie Saves the Date. The episode will feature the planning and execution of Mikie's own wedding to boyfriend Richard Piana. You can catch a sneak peek below and watch the entire ceremony unravel this Sunday, March 8th at 12pm on FYI Nework.
8) AfterEllen.com has released new episodes of "kitchen table talk show This Just Out with Liz Feldman, in which the out stand-up comic, writer and actress interviews guests such as Erin Daniels, Melanie Lynskey and Clea DuVall. The first episode of the new "season" will feature out musician Sara Quin, from Tegan and Sara. Feldman is also the creator of the upcoming NBC sitcom One Big Happy from executive producer Ellen DeGeneres, premiering March 17th.
9) Writer and director Stewart Wade is currently funding his next project, the LGBT-centered web series Coffee House Chronicles. The 8-episode anthology show would "explore the many ways that we connect in this brave new world of the Internet, social media — and coffee houses on every corner" and focuses on gay, bi and transgender characters.
